What is Blockchain?
Blockchain is a decentralized digital ledger technology that records transactions across multiple computers in a way that ensures the security, transparency, and immutability of the data. Each block in the chain contains a number of transactions, and every new transaction is verified by network participants before being added to the ledger. Blockchain technology is the foundation of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and has applications beyond finance, including supply chain management, voting systems, and healthcare.
