We’re glad to announce that Josie Lopez, Co-Founder of Advancio has been selected to be part of the second cohort of EY Entrepreneurs Access Network (EAN) program. This initiative started in January 2021 to support Black and Latino entrepreneurs. For this purpose, the goal is to give them access to a platform of learning and reduce disparity gaps.
For 12 months, starting in February 2022, 100 participants will receive assessment and guidance through a customized learning plan focused on company’s needs. Other EY EAN’s goals include network expansion as well as entrepreneurs’ personal and professional growth.

Consequently, the program wants to be a space of shareable experiences and insights for women who challenge the barriers of entrepreneurship despite gender and race to contribute to their business development.

EY EAN officially started in January 2021. The participant’s selection is based on its leadership style alongside company’s knowledge, skills, culture, innovation, and potential levels.
