What is Digital Twin?
A Digital Twin is a virtual representation of a physical object, process, or system that enables real-time monitoring, analysis, and simulation of its performance and behavior. Digital twins leverage data from sensors, IoT devices, and other sources to create digital replicas that mirror their physical counterparts. They enable organizations to optimize operations, predict maintenance issues, and improve product design and development by gaining insights into real-world behavior and performance.
