Program Details

This 3-year rotational program was designed to help women in engineering plan, prepare, and execute positions of power in IT.

We strongly believe that diverse teams with unrestrained career opportunities can drive global change and impact their local communities. And, that this objective can be met faster we embrace, promote, and champion gender equality. This is our way of delivering on our convictions.

What To Expect

3-year development program designed to help you plan your unique career path in the tech industry.

YEAR 1

You will receive training and coaching to prepare you for your first assignment. You will be introduced to leadership as a mentor than a coach.

YEAR 2

The second year you will be given a protege, intern, or shadow allowing you to put to practice many of the methods developed the prior year.

YEAR 3

In year three you will be given the assignment to test all the skills gathered tailored to the needs of the organization and the program participant.

PROGRAM END

At the end of the 3-year program you will have visibility and real-life experience leading, and a clear career path to a leadership position:

  • To play an active role in the Advancio Tech transformation journey.

  • Visibility and interaction with our senior Technology leaders.

  • A team that is dedicated to you throughout the program, focused on your individual success and the success of the overall program.

Program Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field

Passion for software engineering and continual learning

Other majors considered with strong coding background and interest in software engineering

Work visa sponsorship – Available at program completion

Technical schools are also considered with strong portfolio
